I work with children, adolescents and young adults who feel stuck or are experiencing difficulties. As a person, I am creative, open-minded and calm, which helps me create space in conversations to truly listen, without judgement. Transparency and honesty are central to the way I work, because I believe that a relationship of trust is essential in every therapeutic process. My approach goes beyond talking alone: I use active and creative methods, adapted to what suits you or your child best.

You are welcome to contact me with a wide range of questions and/or difficulties. Perhaps you would like something to change but are not sure how to get started. You may worry a lot, experience panic attacks, or often feel anxious or insecure. You may struggle with fear of failure, low self-esteem, or find it difficult to manage your emotions. All of these difficulties can have a significant impact on school, home life or friendships. I often work with young people who recognise themselves in these experiences and offer them a safe space to explore together what may help. I also have experience with more specific concerns, such as selective mutism, neophobia, eating disorders, suicidal thoughts and self-harming behaviour.

A child is always part of a wider environment, which is why I like to involve parents and other important people in the child’s life when appropriate, in a way that fits the child’s age and individual situation. Together, we try to understand what is going on and how we can gradually create movement where things feel stuck. My approach is tailored to who you are, with attention to what you need. Whether you are seeking help for yourself, or you are a parent, GP or another healthcare professional looking to make a referral, you are very welcome to get in touch. Together, we can explore the available options.

I believe that everyone has a story worth hearing and understanding.
